Dylan Power is a political scientist and urban policy researcher whose work examines how housing, inequality, public policy, and political institutions shape opportunity and everyday life.

ABOUT DYLAN

Dylan is a research and policy specialist focused on translating complex data, systems, and policy environments into clear, actionable insights that inform real-world decision-making. His work centers on connecting evidence to implementation, particularly in areas of public health, mobility, and population-level policy.
He brings over six years of experience delivering international, multi-stakeholder research and policy projects across Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean. His work has contributed to national strategies, global policy assessments, and World Health Organization outputs, including case studies on urban health and active mobility.
Dylan has led large-scale, cross-country analyses and implementation-focused research, including contributions to Ireland’s National Physical Activity Guidelines and global policy assessments covering nearly 200 countries. His approach combines systems thinking, mixed-methods research, and stakeholder engagement to translate complex findings into practical policy applications.
